Hi, I’m Clare, a Certified Holistic ADHD Coach with over a decade of experience in social care. I work with teens, parents, and organisations to provide practical strategies, emotional regulation tools, and strengths-based coaching.
As a qualified SNA, a secondary school Art teacher and having supported individuals with ADHD, autism, and additional needs in social care under the HSE New Directions person centered approach,I understand the challenges young people face — and the potential they have when the right guidance is in place. My mission is to empower teens to thrive, while helping parents and schools create supportive, understanding environments
All sessions focused on mental wellness are online, interactive, and designed to be engaging. Each 60–90 minute session includes practical exercises, worksheets, and neuro coaching strategies to help teens, parents, and organisations thrive in their personal development.
