A bit about me

 

Hi, I’m Clare, an ADHD Coach and neuroscience student — and a late-diagnosed woman just like you.


I help women who spent years masking, overperforming, people-pleasing, surviving chaos, or losing themselves in relationships finally understand what their brain has been trying to tell them all along.

I’m not a therapist or psychologist — and I don’t diagnose or treat.
What I do is help you understand the science of your ADHD brain and how it shaped your life, your patterns, your relationships, your boundaries, and the stories you’ve carried.
