The referral pathway
Right now, many GPs have nowhere to send a patient who suspects ADHD. Public services are limited or unavailable in some regions, and waiting lists can leave both you and your patient without a clear next step. The Pathway to Diagnosis is something you can use now, a way to support your patient while they wait, or instead of waiting.
How it works
Referral
You refer a patient who suspects ADHD.
Full Picture session
A one-hour session building a fuller picture than a standard intake allows, covering sleep, sensory sensitivity, hormonal patterns, hypermobility, autoimmune or other conditions, and family history.
Sent ahead of assessment
The completed picture goes to an ADHD [psychiatrist title to confirm] before the appointment.

Working with your practice
I'm not a clinician and don't diagnose or treat. My role sits alongside your patient's clinical care, preparing them and preparing the ground before assessment. I also offer talks for GPs and practice teams on how ADHD actually presents, and can share an information sheet to keep on file.
