The Medication Integration Programme
I created this programme because I saw how much difference the right support makes once someone starts ADHD medication. Medication can change your energy, your emotions, how you see yourself and how you connect with the people closest to you. This programme walks through each of those, one week at a time.
Six weeks of support for the changes ADHD medication brings.
Is this for you?
You started ADHD medication in the last few months. You feel different, and you're trying to understand why. You might be seeing your relationships and life at home differently too.
Week by week
- week 1
What your medication is doing
What's happening in your brain, how it connects to your body, and what your medication is actually changing.
- week 2
Your day on medication
How it rises and falls across the day, and how to support yourself through each part.
- week 3
Who's emerging
Getting to know the version of you that appears once you're out of survival mode.
- week 4
Your nervous system
Overstimulation, transitions and reading your body's signals, with the Regulated workbook.
- week 5
Relationships and family
When you change, the people around you feel it too.
- week 6
Staying steady
Building a long-term foundation, and speaking up for yourself at future reviews.
How it runs
When to start
Around a month after starting medication, once the early adjustment has settled.
Informed by professional perspectives from a GP, a pharmacist and a psychotherapist, who each identified the same gap in post-diagnosis support.

By the end of the six weeks
You'll understand what your medication is doing and how it moves through your day. You'll recognise the person who's emerging, and feel more at home with them. You'll have tools to support your nervous system, words for talking to the people close to you about what's changed, and the confidence to speak up at your next review.
